I like the doctor but the woman with the deep voice is rude, very unprofessional and seriously making me thinking of switching doctors. Good luck with the lady who answers the phone.

Overall very attentive staff, Dr. Joe is an excellent provider. The only negative feedback I have is that there is a bit of lack of communication between M.A.'s to patient. Front desk reception is awesome!

Needed a new doctor and this place was taking patients. I will NEVER return. The nurse practitioner REFUSED to fill my prescriptions for my psych meds THAT I’M ALREADY ON, that I’ve been happily on for YEARS, because I haven’t yet seen their psychiatrist that I do NOT want to see because I already HAVE a therapist. Then the wait time for their psychiatrist is over a month. They want me to go cold turkey off my PSYCH MEDS for OVER A MONTH. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making me a danger to myself and others. Really helping out the community by denying PRESCRIBED medications.

My mother had a pre surgical appointment on 4/18/23. The appointment consisted of labs that needed to be drawn prior to the surgery. She asked if the labs would be sent over to her surgeon as she provided the office with her pre surgical form and the fax number. She was told they would be faxed over once they were resulted. She called two weeks later to make sure the labs were faxed and was told that the office does not do that, they do not fax labs to other providers. I have never heard of such a thing!! I manage a medical office myself and was disappointed in the lack of patient care given to my Mother. She had to physically go to the office get a copy of her labs and hand deliver them to her surgeon so that she could have her surgery performed on her scheduled date. I have called and left a message for the office manager to explain why this occurred and I still have yet to get a response back. My Mother is 63 and in good health, besides the pain she experiences in her knee that is going to be replaced. I cannot imagine what this experience would be like for an elderly patient whom has multiple health issues.
